Who we are

Queensbury Shed is a community group based at 190 Hill Top Road, Thornton, Bradford, BD13 3QL. You can contact us at [email protected] or on 01274 083 007.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you give us through the forms on this website (the membership form and the contact form). That's:

• Your name.
• Your email address and/or phone number.
• Anything else you choose to write in the free-text boxes.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, the page requested, the time). That's typical for any website and isn't shared with anyone.

What we don't do

• We don't run any tracking analytics or advertising scripts.
• We don't set any cookies of our own.
• We don't share your details with any other organisation, except where the law requires it.

Why we collect it

So that we can reply to you. That's it.

How long we keep it

Membership applications: while we're getting in touch with you, and then as part of our normal members' records if you join. Contact-form messages: usually for the length of the conversation, then deleted. Our website's backup CSV of form submissions is kept for 12 months and then rotated.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it.
