Accessibility

This website is built for everyone, including people who don't use a mouse, who use a screen reader, or who'd rather not squint.

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. If something isn't quite working for you, please tell us. See below.

What we've done

  • Text is large by default, with a typeface designed to be readable for older eyes and low-vision readers (Atkinson Hyperlegible).
  • Colours are high contrast. Body text passes the AAA standard against the page background.
  • Every part of the site can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
  • Headings are organised in a sensible order so screen readers can navigate the page.
  • Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text.
  • Forms are clearly labelled and tell you what went wrong in plain English.
  • Layouts work at 200% browser zoom and on small mobile screens.
  • We respect the reduced motion setting on your device. We don't animate things if you've asked us not to.
  • We don't use cookies or third-party tracking that would set a banner in your way.

Known issues

We're new. If we discover anything, we'll list it here honestly and work on it.

How to tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is hard to use, please let us know:

We'll get back to you within a week.

Alternative formats

If you'd prefer the information on this site in another form (large print on paper, read aloud over the phone, or anything else) just ask.
